The Canadian School, a K-12 private school (and 10-12 British Columbia Offshore Certified School) located in Medellin, Colombia, South America, is currently interviewing candidates for the following position:
Lower Elementary English and Social Studies Teacher
Description of Position:
Start date: February 3, 2025
End date: July 10, 2026
Holidays: Four (4) weeks holiday in the summer, two (2) days in October, four (4) weeks holiday in December-January and one (1) week holiday in March or April.
Details:
- Students grade level(s): Pre-Kinder and Kinder
- Age of the students: 3-5
- Courses to teach: English and Social Studies
- Instructional hours/week: up to 24
- Work schedule: 6:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (Wednesday departure time is 3:45 p.m.)
Requirements:
All candidates must hold a teaching certification. Priority will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
